Heritage Watch is recognised by the Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as an International Non-governmental Organization. It is also registered with the United States Internal Revenue Service as an organisation described in section 501 (c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code. Donors may deduct contributions to HeritageWatch as provided in section 170 of the Internal Revenue code.
